What about wing-suiting?
In the last blog we talked about how the coolest way to get up somewhere is, but what about getting down? There are obviously several ways to decend from a location and many of them are pretty cool. Traditionally you would take the easiest route, normally a car, to the bottom on a road or trail. However sometimes we may not want to go the boring way, and that cuts down our options alot. One obvious way to come down is the same way you came up, known as repelling. Repelling is very fun but there are still better options.
BASE-jumping or wing-suiting. BASE-jumping is an abreviation for jumping from a

BASE-jumping is one of the most dangerous sports that you can do. It is literally jumping from a cliff in order to get an adreneline rush. BASE-jumping is illegal for this reason in many places, and the few that allow it require certifications. In-order to recieve these certifications you must have accomplished atleast 150-200 skydives before then finding a trainer to let you practice. After practicing for several years you may begin to BASE-jump on your own.
Like I mentioned above, BASE-jumping is ONE of the most dangerous sports, meaning there’s better. Wing-suiting takes BASE-jumping to a whole new level. Wing-suiting is when instead of pulling your chute early, you wait longer while you glide around on your “wings” that are built into your suit. For obvious reasons, wing-suiting requires alot more training than BASE-jumping and the majority of constant fliers have died. Wing-suiting is so appealing to thrill seakers because of the speed and proximity you feel when you fly. When you fly a wing-suit you sometimes are within a foot of a cliff face!!
All in all wing-suiting would require a good chunk of my life to accomplish, but think of how cool it would be!!
